What It’s Really Like Being a Confidence Coach
It Didn’t Start the Way You Think
I don’t think I woke up one day and said, “I’m going to be a confidence coach.” It didn’t happen like that. It happened slowly, in conversations, in quiet moments, in noticing something that kept showing up over and over again. Women doubting themselves. Women shrinking. Women picking themselves apart in ways I would never let them do to someone they loved. And I remember thinking, this cannot be how we are meant to live.
Why I Started
The pretty truth is, I started this because I saw a need. A real one. Not a trendy one. Not a “this would be fun to try” kind of thing. I saw incredible women walking around without confidence, and I felt it in my gut that I could help. Not perfectly, not every single day, but most days I truly feel like I cracked the code. I know what it’s like to not feel confident, and I know what it’s like to finally feel good again. That shift changes everything. The way you speak. The way you show up. The way you live your life.
The Moment It Clicked
At first, I wasn’t even sure if I should say it out loud. “Confidence coach” felt big. But then something funny started happening. My friends and family kept saying the same thing to me. “Everyone needs a Maria in their life.” And they weren’t saying it casually. They meant it. They saw the way I talked to women, the way I lifted them, the way I helped them see themselves differently. And eventually, I stopped overthinking it and started listening.
So Here I Am
So here I am. A confidence coach. And I can honestly say, I love it. I love watching a woman walk in unsure of herself and slowly start to shift. I love the moments when something clicks for her. When she realizes she’s been more powerful than she ever gave herself credit for. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to who you were before the world told you to question it.

The Pretty Truth About Confidence
The pretty truth is, confidence isn’t some far-off thing reserved for certain people. It’s available to you too. Sometimes you just need someone to help you find it again. If you’re ready to start feeling better, showing up differently, and finally seeing yourself the way you deserve to be seen, you can book a session with me on my website. I would love to be your Maria.
Three Things You Can Do to Feel More Confident Starting Today
Pay attention to how you talk to yourself and gently shift it. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, it doesn’t belong in your own mind either.
Do one small thing you’ve been putting off. Confidence grows when you prove to yourself that you follow through.
Show up as you are, without overthinking it. You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.
Xo, Maria
